We sell both 100% handmade oil canvas painting and printing by 4 colors printer
Q:I have a photograph. Can you paint it or print it?
Yes, custom painting on canvas or printing is one of our main products, we almost make it every day with top quality.
Q: Do you have your own factory and how many artist do you have?
Yes, we have our own painting studios and frame factoies.
We have more than 30 full time skilled artists with 10-20
years working experience and about 60 part time experienced artists, they can paint different kinds of art paintings. We alsoemploy specialists to develop new designs every month.
Q: Sample is ok ? Free? Do customers have to pay sample shipping?
Of course, sample is fine with us, Gernally, sample & sample shipping fees will charge on you. If you are a wholesalecustomer on oil painting, we have different options if you wish to buy in bulk .
Q:Will your artist sign the painting?
Not, most of our painting didn't sign, but if you need, we will sign as you wish
Q:Can you add color to black and white photograph? or change the background of photo?
Yes. That's a frequent request from our customers. We can paint color portraits painting from old black and white photoes or damaged photos and can even change the background of photo as you wish.
Q:What if my painting is damaged during shipping?
In the very rare case that your painting art arrives damaged,Please refuse the delivery,so we can receive the package back from the shiping company and claim the insurance funds. We will then paint a new art painting for you and will ship it to you within 3~5 days absolutely free.
